Dear Mr Sather:
This will confirm our conversation of Tuesday. It was understood that the City of Tigard will pay you a
total of$3700 for the 133 square feet of land(including landscaping)that they wish to purchase from you.
They will pay an amount of$2200 as soon as your executed deed is recorded and the file closed. The
remaining$1500 will be paid after you replace the fence along your property line. In order for you to
receive this last amount,your request must be made to the City before June 30, 2000 as their funding
expires after that date.
The above will not be final until accepted and approved by the City Council.
