PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A tract of land situated in the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 2 South,
Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, in the City of Tigard, Washington County,
Oregon, being a portion of that property conveyed to Tigard-Tualatin School District
23J by Document No. 97-048724, Washington County Deed Records, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said property, also being the northwest corner
of that land conveyed by Book 112, Page 773, Washington County Deed Records
(as established by Record of Survey Number 29,588, Washington County Surveyor
Records); thence along the westerly line of said Tigard-Tualatin School District 23J
property, North 01°14'56" East, 659.29 feet, more or less, to the northeast corner of
that certain Road Dedication, recorded as Dedication Deed Document No. 98-
029870, Washington County Deed Records; thence South 88°45'04" East, 20.50
feet to the beginning of a 42.00 foot radius curve to the right; thence along said
curve, through a central angle of 118°47'04" (chord bears South 29°21'32" East,
72.30 feet) an arc length of 87.07 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence along a
132.00 foot radius curve to the left, through a central angle of 28°47'04" (chord bears
South 15°38'23" West, 65.62 feet) an arc length of 66.31 feet to a line which is
parallel with and 41.00 feet easterly of (when measured at right angles to) the
westerly line of said property; thence along said parallel line South 01°14'56" West,
533.44 feet, more or less, to the south line of said property, also being the north line
of said land conveyed by Book 112, Page 773; thence along the last said line North
88°50'25" West, 41.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The area contained within said tract being 28,291 square feet, more or less.
