City of Tigard I' 1975
Tigard, Ore.
Gentlemen:
Attention Mr John W. Laws CITY OF TIGARD
Planning Dept
Inclosed is a deed signed by my eon and me conveying to
the City of Tigard certain property along Hunziker St.
I do not think that the First National Bank of Oregon
has any legal interest in the mortage against the pro-
erty; and is acting only as Agent for the owner of the
mortgage, which is the State of Oregon, judging from
the Fire Insurance Policies.
It is hoped a culvert will be placed through the side-
walk, should it be higher than the yard.
Very truly yours
/l/ /JI
