Existing trees may be considered as replacement trees if they meet all applicable species, size, condition and location requirements in Section 7, part 2 and were not already required to be planted or preserved by the Tigard Municipal Code. I've place a 8 1/2 x 11" sheet of paper in the shot to give the size relationship. The tree center is about 4' from the building and the roots are over 5" in diameter.
