DEDICATION DEED FOR ROAD OR STREET PURPOSES Ronald Gayle Wicks does hereby dedicate to the public a perpetual right-of-way for street,road, and utility purposes on, over, across, under, along, and within the following described real property in Washington County,Oregon: Attached Exhibit"A" To have and to hold the above-described and dedicated rights unto the public forever for uses and purposes hereinabove stated. IT IS UNDERSTOOD that the temporary easement rights herein granted shall terminate One(1)year from the date hereof or upon completion of the above-mentioned construction project,whichever is sooner.
