CORRECTION DEED OF DEDICATION

ODIST CHURCH, a non-profit corporation of the State of Oregon, act-
ing by and through the duly authorized, undersigned officers of its
Board of Trustees, Grantor, for and in oD nsideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable consideration including the benefits
to be derived hereunder by Grantor, does hereby GIVE, GRANT AND
DEDICATE TO THE PUBLIC, for street, road and utility purposes, for
public use forever, the following described real property in the
County of Washington and State of Oregon, to-wit:
TRACT I: A strip of Land fifty (50) feet wide, lying
a both sides of and within twenty-five (25)
feet, when measured at right angles, of the following
described line: Beginning at a point South 45'12' West
25 feet from the most Southerly corner of Lot "B" , a
parcel in the subdivision of Lot 2 and a part of Lot 1,
Frewing Orchard Tracts, in Section 2, T2S, R1W W.M.
Tigard, Washington County, Oregon; thence South 43'23'50"
East parallel to and 25 feet from the Southwesterly line
of Lot "E" in said subdivision, 75 feet to a point; thence
Northeasterly to a point on the Easterly line of Lot "F"
said subdivision, 50 feet from the Northwesterly corner of
that certain tract contracted to be conveyed by Mary Jo
Elliott et al to James Willock et ux as described in deed
recorded in Book 483 at page 115, Washington County, Ore-
gon Deed Records.
TRACT II: A strip of land fifty (50) feet wide described
as follows: Beginning at the Southerlymost

Oregon, thence South 45'12' West 50 feet to a point on
the South line of Lot "C" said subdivision; thence North-

This Correction Deed is executed and delivered by Grantor
and approved on behalf of the City of Tigard for the express purpose
of correcting errors in the description of TRACT I and TRACT II in
Deed of Dedication as previously recorded in Book 516, pages 211 and
212, Deed Records of Washington County, Oregon, with respect to
which corrections the City of Tigard Oregon ORDINANCE No. 64- ,
amending Ordinance No. 64-7 as recorded in Book 516 pages 319 t
322, inclusive, has been enacted by the City Council of Tigard.
