A strip of land 5. 00 feet in width, to be dedicated for road
purposes in the N.E. quarter of Section 14 , Township 2 South,
Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, Washington County and the
State of Oregon. Said strip of land is contiguous with the present
right of way of S.W. 92nd Ave . which is 25 feet easterly of center
line, said strip being described as follows:
Commencing at a brass cap found marking the N. E. corner said
Section 14 , thence North 88°30 ' 33" West along the center line of
S.W. Durham Road a distance of 1784 . 82 feet to a 1 inch Washington
County Cap on an iron found at the center line intersection of
S.W. 92nd Avenue; thence South 1°31 ' 38" West along said center
line 1484 . 15 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe found in a monument box;
thence at right angles South 88° 28 ' 22" East 25. 00 feet to a point
in the east right of way line of S.W. 92nd Ave . and the Point
of Beginning of the strip to be dedicated; thence continuing
South 88 °28 ' 22" East 5 . 00 feet; thence North 1°31 ' 38" East parallel
with said S.W. 92nd Ave. center line, 1429. 18 feet to a point in
the curving east right of way line of said 92nd Avenue ; thence
along said right of way line on the arc of a 25. 00 foot radius
curve to the left through a central angle of 36 °52 ' 16" with a chord
which bears South 19°57 ' 47" West 15 . 81 feet, an arc length of 16 . 09
feet; thence continuing along said east right of way line
