A strip of land in the Solomon Richardson Land Claim in the Southeast quarter
of Section II, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian in
the County of Washington and State of Oregon, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Section II; thence North along the
East line of said Solomon Donation Land Claim, which line is also the East
line of said Section II; thence North along said East lines 45/100 of a chain
to the Southeast corner of a tract of land described in deed to S.W. Walker,
recorded October 20, 1980 in Book 29, page 194, Washington County Deed
Records; thence West along said South line of said Walker tract 11.43-3/4
