-0 \9 t CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON 8 • fl 0298 I1aR® RESOLUTION NO. 81- / A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A STRIP OF LAND LYING ADJACENT TO DURHAM ROAD ON THE NORTH, RUNNING WESTERLY FROM HALL BOULEVARD It appearing to the City Council that an error in preparation of certain documents many years ago has resulted in confusion as to the title of the strip of land described in the attached exhibits, that strip lying along the north edge of Durham Road immediately east of Hall Boulevard, and It further appearing that development of the parcel adjacent to the strip in question has been proposed, and the City having asked for and received additional right of way along Durham Road in connection with the development of that parcel, and The developers and their predecessors in interest having expressed their desire to assist the City in securing for the use and benefit of the public the right of way necessary for the widening of Durham Road to its appropriate planned width, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tigard hereby resolves The quitclaim deeds attached to this resolution as Exhibits A, B, C, D and E are hereby accepted by the City as a dedication to the public for use as a public way.
