KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That DALE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
an Oregon corporation, does hereby dedicate to the use of the
Public, as a Public Way, Street and Road, forever certain real
property located in the City of Tigard, County of Washington and
State of Oregon that is more particularly bounded and described
as follows :
The Northeasterly 10 feet of the Southwesterly 50 feet of the
property described in deed to Dale Construction Co. recorded in
Book 645, page 190, Deed Records, Washington County, Oregon,
the Northeasterly line of said 50 foot strip being parallel with
and 50 feet distant from, when measured at right angles, to the
