A tract of land located in the Northeast quarter of Section 11, Township 2
South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, Washington County, City of Tigard,
Oregon, described as follows :
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Colony Creek Estates, a recorded
plat, Washington County Plat records; thence South 89° 46' 28" East, 36.41
feet; thence Southwesterly, on a 45 foot radius curve concave to the east (the
chord bears South 21° 16' 05" West, 32.24 feet), a distance of 32.98 feet;
thence North 89° 43 ' 31" West, 105 feet; thence North 12° 36' West 30.77 feet;
thence South 89° 46' 28" East, 87 feet to the point of beginning.

Kazem J . Abulhasan , Sayed M. Sadek and Ralph E . Hillier ,
being all of the Directors of Lutz Development Co . , at a special
telephonic meeting authorized by O.R. S. 57 . 213 , having first waived
notice of meeting, took the following action on behalf of the
corporation :
Ralph E . Hillier , as President , presented the terms of a
negotiated settlement of the corporation ' s legal action in
contract foreclosure against Titan Properties Corp. , and of
legal action by the City of Tigard and Benj . Franklin Fe:leral
Savings & Loan Association against the corporation which terms
of settlement are set forth in written stipulations prepared for
filing in each case . After due consideration the Board of
Directors
RESOLVED, that the terms of said settlement agreements
negotiated by Ralph E. Hillier on behalf of the corporation are
hereby ratified and approved , and further
RESOLVED, that Ralph E. Hillier be and the same is hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of the corporation any and all
documents necessary to memoralize said settlements and necessary
to implement and perform the obligations of the corporation as
set forth therein .
