Fee No. 2000 062470,Washington County Deed Records; also being known and denoted as Lot 5 on the plat of
"Evergreen Springs"a duly recorded subdivision in Book 121, Page 29,Washington County Plat Records; also
being in the northwest quarter of Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 1 West,Willamette Meridian, City of
Tigard,Washington County Oregon. Said tract being described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 5,being on the south right-of-way line of SW Gaarde Street(37
