Right of Way Dedication
A parcel of land for the purpose of dedicating to the use of the public
for road and utility purposes located in Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 2 of
"Kingston" a subdivision of record in the City of Tigard in the George
Richardson D.L.G. No. 38, in the Northeast one-quarter (1/4) of Section
2, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, Washington
County, Oregon, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Easterly corner of said Lot 14: thence
South 60°39'38" West 52.23 feet (South 61000' West 52.12 feet by
deed record) to the Southwesterly property line of said Lot 14;
thence along the said property line North 46005'00" West 14.28
feet to a point marked with a 5/8" x 30" iron rod with a yellow
plastic cap stamped "Devco Eng. L.S. 2213"; thence North
60°39'38" East 114.36 feet to a point on the Southeasterly
property line of Lot 12 marked with said monument; thence South
47024'03" West 59.61 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 1138.9 square feet of land, more or less. The basis of
