A parcel of land situated in Section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West,
Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, said parcel
being also within the boundaries of that tract of land conveyed to Heinicke
Instruments Company, a Florida corporation, by deed book 916 page 932,
Washington County deed records, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the south right-of-way line of SW
Cascade Blvd. (County Road No. 2199) with the northwesterly
right-of-way line of SW Greenburg Road (County Road No. 2043) ;
thence southwesterly on said Greenburg Road right-of-way line South
40°21'00" West 53.27 feet; thence on a curve to the left with a
radius of 25.00 and a central angle of 129°43'00" 56.60 feet to a
