described as follows. Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of southwest Scholls Ferry
Road, said point being N 22°05'59 W, 710.19 feet from the section corner common to Sections
26, 27, 34 and 35, T1S, R1W, W.M.; thence S 89°55' E 75 feet to the.true point of beginning;
thence S 89°55' E along the north line of southwest Cascade Boulevard 198.02 feet to a point;
thence along the arc of a curve to the left of radius 155 feet and a central angle of 14°35'26",
the long chord bears N 82°37'10" W 39.37 feet, an arc distance of 39.47 feet; thence N 89°55'
