warrants, and dedicates to the City of Tigard, Grantee, for the purpose of road and utility
improvements, for public road right-of-way, the following described real property free of
encumbrances except as specifically set forth herein, situated in Washington County, Oregon,
to-wit:
See Exhibits "A" and "B" attached to and by reference made a part of this warranty deed.
The said property is free from all encumbrances except conditions, restrictions, restrictive
covenants and easements of record, if any.
The true consideration for this conveyance is THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY AND NO\100
DOLLARS ($380.00).
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS
