Beginning at an Iron Rod on the East Line of said Tract of Land as described
in Book 1219 Page 947 which bears S 0°16051" E 488.05 feet from the
Northeast Corner thereof also being the Sautheast• Corner of_ Lot .69
COLONY CREEK ESTATES No. 2, a plat of record in Section 12, T2S, R1W, W.M. ,
Washington County, Oregon and running thence S 0°16 '51"E along the said
East Line 11.83 feet to an Iron Pipe at the Southeast Corner of said
