constructing a road, free of encumbrances except as specifically set forth herein, situated in

A tract of land located in the Northeast one-quarter of Section 12 Township 2 South, Range 1
West, Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of that property deeded to National Safety Company in Fee No.
93071592 of the Washington County Deed Records; thence S 00°35' 07" W, along the easterly
line, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point 30.00 feet from the centerline of Bonita Road (when
measured at right angles) and the true point of beginning; thence S 00° 35' 07" W, along said
easterly line, a distance of 7.50 feet to a point which is 37.50 feet from the centerline of Bonita
Road(when measured at right angles); thence N 89°24' 53"W, parallel with and 37.50 from the
centerline of Bonita Road, a distance of 55.24 feet; thence N 83°06' 24" W a distance of 68.26
feet to a point that is 30.00 feet from the centerline of Bonita Road (when measured at right
