Road: The grantee by accepting these rights shall assume and pay

of the conetruction_and maintenance thereon of any improvements by
the grantee, and -the grantor's reserve the right to grant equal
easement rights within- said 60-foot easement area to other users,
provided that such grants shall not unreasonably interfere with .
