Clark CITY OF TIGARD 13355 SW 110th Avenue Tigard, Oregon 97223 OREGON Subject: Easement Request for Proposed Storm Drain Park Street Storm Drain Project Thank you for meeting with us on April 8, 1998, at City Hall. As discussed, you preferred Option No. 3 (per our letter of March 17, 1998) with revision, to be compensated for your landscaping so that you could restore your yard yourself. The revised offer is as follows: A. Compensation for the proposed easement, as stated in our letter of March 17, 1998, $920.00. B. Compensation for trees, transplantation of existing shrubs and Rhododendron, topsoil, sod, and barkdust $3,145.00. Total compensation of items A and B above equals $4,065.00. In addition to the compensation, the City will remove the existing grass, three Alders, and one Maple. The City will also install a 38' temporary fence and reconstruct 71' of chain link fence including the gate. The chain link fence will be replaced with new posts. Please refer to the attached drawing for locations of existing trees, fence and gate to be removed and/or reconstructed and the Engineer's Estimate for the itemized compensation to be reimbursed for your landscaping.. If this offer is acceptable, please sign this letter and the enclosed easement agreement and return the original to us. Please note that your signatures need to be notarized on the easement form.
