RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT
The CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Oregon, hereinafter called CITY, hereby releases any and all
interest in an easement, situated in Washington County, Oregon, conveyed to CITY and
described in Book 617, Page 598, Deed Records, Washington County, Oregon.
CITY no longer has a need for the easement described above, and in Exhibit"B", attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
