PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Tigard East Associates
hereinafter called the Grantors, in consideration for the sum of
klQ dollars ($ — 0 — ) from the City of
Tigard, hereinafter called Grantee, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a
perpetual easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining,
inspecting and repairing of an underground sewer line and appurtenances,
together with the right to remove, as necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees
and other obstructions on the following described parcel of land, situated in
the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon:
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right,
title or interest except those expressly stated in this easement, nor
otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided,
however, that such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the
intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its
successors or assigns should cause said easement to be vacated, the rights of
the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall
immediately revert to the Grantors, their successors and assigns in the case
of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said
Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned corporation has caused this easement
to be executed by its duly authorized, undersigned officers acting pursuant to
resolution of its Board of Directors.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION is41
A tract of land situate in the S.W. 1/4, Section 2 , T2S, RIW,
W.M. # City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, being more
particularly described as follows:
A 15.0 foot wide strip of land being 7.5 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of that tract of
land conveyed to Roland and Mary Ingalls, recorded in Book 270 ,
Page 455, Washington County deed records that is North 50 '28148"
West, 85.59 feet from the southeast corner of said Ingalls tract,
said point also being on the centerline of an existing sanitary
sewer easement as described in Book 617, Page 593, Washington
County deed records;
thence, along the centerline of said easement, South 39'31 ' 12 "
West, 8 .00 feet to the true point of beginning of the herein
described centerline;
thence, North 52006134" West, 211.00 feet;
thence, South 34023138" West, 208.00 feet ;
thence, South 5014140 " East, 602 .00 feet to a point on the
centerline of an existing sanitary sewer easement as recorded in
Book 617, Page 598, Washington County deed records, and the
terminus point of said centerline.
The sidelines of said 15 foot wide strip are subject to
lengthening and/or shortening so as to terminate upon the proper
boundaries.
