RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT
The CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Oregon, hereinafter called CITY, hereby releases any and all
interest in a portion of a Permanent Sanitary Sewer easement, situated in Washington County,
Oregon, conveyed to CITY by Document#87055038, Washington County, Oregon.
CITY no longer has a need for a portion of the easement described above, said portion is
described in Exhibit "C", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
