M. Washington County, Oregon and being described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 28; thence south along the east line 65.00 feet to a point; thence west parallel to the North line 30 feet to a point; thence north parallel to the east line 30 feet to a point; thence east parallel to the North line 15 feet to a point; thence north parallel to the east line 35 feet to the north line; thence east along the north line 15.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. xr The grantors do hereby warrant that they are the owners in fee simple and have thz right to grant the above described easements.
