The CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, a municipal corporation duly organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Oregon GRANTOR, releases and
quitclaims to FANNO CREEK ASSOCIATES, AN OREGON GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, GRANTEE, all
of GRANTOR'S right, title, and interest in and to the sanitary sewer easement
across that portion of real property, situated in Washington County, Oregon,
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
The true consideration for this conveyance is $0.00. However, the
actual consideration consists of or includes other property or value given or
promised which is the whole consideration.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT
IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR
ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD
CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY APPROVED

the Washington County Deed Records contained within those parcels described as Parcel 11,
Parcel III and Parcel IV in Deed to Fanno Creek Associates as recorded July 6, 1993 as Deed
Pee Number 93053050 in said Washington County Deed fZdcords.
