termed Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten and no/2,10
Dollars to us in hand paid (receipt whereof is hereby acknowle'_ged),
do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to J. A. PATERSON, nis
executors, administrators, heirs and assigns, Grantee, a perpetual
right of way and easement, as herinafter described, together with
the temporary easement to use an additional area, hereinafter des-
cribed and designated "temporary easement", for the folfo-ding uses
and purposes:
1. Perpetual :-asement:
An unencumbered, perpetual. easement 10 feet in width for
the purpose if construct.�nl, operating, maintaining and
repairing of an undergrosnd sewer lime, together with the
right tr. remove as aeces3ar}, vegetation, foliage, trees
and other obstructions within the easement area, but re-
serving to owneecs title of the lands, subject to the ease-
ment, and the right to make uge thereof, except to con-
struct buildings, as will not interfere with said easement,

TRACT 7: A strip of land 10.0 feet in width across the
property of Charles N:. and nary Greenwel2, as described
in Book 407, Page 459, Washington County, Oregon, Deed
Records, being 5.0 feet on each side of the following des-
cribed center line, when measured at right angles thereto:
Beginning in the center of the Cicy of Tigard Sewer Manhole
A-33+93.5 which bears N 38.219 E 166.0 feet from a point on
the Westerly line* Northerly 3 feet from the Southwest
corner of said Greenwell tract, the beginning point of that
certain sewer easement described in Book 516 Page 43£,
said Deed Records, and running thence, N 61127' W 26.5 feet,
more or elross, to the Westeri.y iineior said Greenwell tract,

2. TamporarY Easemeent:
TRACT TI: Together with the temporary right of ingress,
egress and regress, and use for constructions purposes,
of addiLional land lying parallel to, along both sides
and within twenty (20) feet, measured at right angles,
of TRACT I above described.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement and rights unto the
Grantee, his executors, administrators, heirs and assigns forever.
