perpetual easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining,
inspecting and repairing of an underground sewer line and appurtenances ,
together with the right to remove, as necessary, vegetation, foliage, trees
and other obstructions on the following described parcel of land, situated in
the City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon:

IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right,
title or interest except those expressly Stated in this easement, nor
otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided ,
however, that suds use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the
intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Crantee, its
successors or assigns sboul.d cause said easement to be vacated, the rights of
the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall
immediately revert to the Grantors, their successors and assigns in the case
of such event.

Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.

A twenty foot wide strip of land located in the northwest one-
.quarter of Section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, of the
Willamette Meridian in Washington County, Oregon, the centerline of
which is described as follows :
Beginning on the northerly right-of-way line of Washington Square
Drive at a point which bears South 8904114811 East 180 . 42 feet and
North 00118112" East 25 . 0 feet from the northwest corner of Lot 25
of Oakburg, a record plat in said county and state; thence South
89041148" East, approximately 360 feet to a point of terminus 10
feet easterly of a sanitary sewer manhole located on the sanitary
sewer line serving a vacated portion of S .W. Locust Street . The
sidelines of this strip of land extend or shorten to intersect the
