Jack R and Mary S Henderson hereinafter called the Grantors,
grant and convey unto the City of Tigard a perpetual easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining,
inspecting, and repairing of an underground sewer line and appurtenances, together with the right to remove, as necessary,
vegetation, foliage, trees, and other obstructions on the parcel of land described in the attached Exhibit "A" situated in the
City of Tigard, Washington County, State of Oregon.
THE TRUE CONSIDERATION for this conveyance is $ 0.00 . However, the actual consideration consists of or includes
other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title, or interest except those expressly
stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided, however, that
such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said
easement to be vacated, the rights of the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors,their successors and assigns in the case of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee, its successors, and assigns
forever.

A strip of land 15.00 feet wide for sewer line easement, situated in the Northeast one-
quarter of Section 2,Township 2 South,Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian,City
of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, said 15.00 wide strip lying northwesterly,
adjacent, and contiguous to the southeasterly line of that certain tract of land conveyed to
Steven R. Gordon as recorded in Document No. 93101036, Washington County deed
records, said southeasterly line being further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center of S.W. Burnham Street(County Road No. 997) which
bears N 45°46'00"W 809.84 feet from the most Easterly corner of that certain tract of
land conveyed to Charles Burnham by deed recorded in Book W, page 162, deed records
of Washington County, Oregon; thence N 42'1 6'13"E along the southeasterly line of
said Gordon tract 399.08 to the westerly right of way line of the Oregon Electric Railway
Company.
The northerly terminus of the herein described easement to intersect the westerly right of
way line of the Oregon Electric Railway Company tract and the southerly terminus to
