SEWER EASEMENT
A non exclusive sewer easement over the most North Westerly
10 feet when measured parallel to the North Westerly line
of the following described tract.
PARCEL 1:
A part of the George Richardson Donation Land Claim No. 38,
in Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette
Meridian, Washington County, Oregon, and more particularly
described as follows: to-wit;
Beginning at a point in the center of County Road No. 997
North 45'461 West, 699.84 feet from the most Easterly corner
of that certain tract of land conveyed to Charles Burnham by
deed recorded in Book "W", Page 162, Deed Records of Washington
County, Oregon; thence North 42*191 East, 393.0 feet to the
Westerly line of the right of way of the Oregon Electric Rail-
way Company; thence North 42'371 West, along said right of way
line, 110.5 feet; thence South 42*191 West, 399 feet to the center
of the County Road No. 997-, thence South 45*461 East , 110 feet
to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom:
The South 170 feet (measured along the centerline of S.W. Burnham
Street and a line parallel to the center of S.W. Burnham Street).
PARCEL 11:
Together with a 30 foot easement for road purposes as set out in
Deed Book 804, Page 762, over the Southerly 30 feet of the property
abutting on the South to S.W. Burnham Street.
