The Ethel L. Gerlach Revocable Trust St., Vincent Medical Foundation, Trustee for the Van Gorden Charitable
Remainder Unitrust and Edward R. Hunziker, hereinafter called the Grantors, grant and convey unto the City of Tigard
a perpetual easement for constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing of an underground
sanitary sewer line, together with the right to remove, as necessary,vegetation, foliage, trees, and other obstructions on the
parcel of land described in the attached Exhibit"A", situated in the City of Tigard,Washington County, State of Oregon.
THE TRUE CONSIDERATION for this conveyance is $ 0.00 . However, the actual consideration consists of or includes
other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD that this easement does not convey any right, title, or interest except those expressly
stated in this easement, nor otherwise prevent Grantors from the full use and dominion thereover; provided, however, that
such use shall not interfere with the uses and purposes of the intent of the easement.
IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, Grantee agrees that if said Grantee, its successors or assigns should cause said
easement to be vacated, the right of the Grantee in the above-described easement will be forfeited and shall immediately
revert to the Grantors,their successors,and assigns in the case of such event.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described and granted premises unto said Grantee,its successors,and assigns forever.

15 foot wide Sanitary Sewer Easement over that portion of a tract of land as per Fee
No. 97-75813 situated in a the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
1, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon,
the centerline being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point S00°01'01°W, a distance of 272.08 feet and N89°58'59"W a
distance of 7.50 feet from the northeast corner of said Fee No. 97-75813, said point is
7.50 feet measured at right angles from the easterly line of said Fee No. 97-75813;
thence parallel with the easterly line, S00°01'01"W, a distance of 183.33 feet;thence
N89°58'59W, a distance of 67.90 feet to the easterly line of a 15 foot wide Sewer
Easement, per Book 653, Page 598, recorded August 8, 1967.
The side lines of said 15 foot easement to be extended or shortened to meet at angle
points and to terminate at the easterly line of a 15 foot wide Sewer Easement,per Book
