Recorder will conduct roll call. 7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: February 13, 2017 Motions to approve minutes for February 13, 2017. 7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:15 p.m. 4. Discussion Items from previous Meetings Continuation of any discussion items from previous meetings. 7:20 p.m. 5. Update on the Tigard Street Trail The PRAB will hear an update on the Tigard Street Trail Planning. 7:30 p.m. 6. Parks and Recreation Updates Updates from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight and Recreation Coordinator Anthony Markey. 8:10 P.M. 7. Parks and Rec Budget The PRAB will be briefed on the Parks and Rec budget and budget preparation. 8:40 p.m. 8. All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public. 8:47 p.m. 11.
