TVF&R Promotes CPR Response in Tigard with New App Off-duty Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue firefighters who live in Tigard will now receive notification through the PulsePoint smartphone app if CPR is needed at a private residence. Participating firefighters are certified emergency medical technicians or paramedics who receive background checks in the State of Oregon.
