The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.

7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll can.
7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: January 9, 2017
Motions to approve minutes for January 9, 2017.
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:15 p.m. 4. Discussion Items from Previous Meetings
Continuation of any discussion items from previous meetings.
7:20 p.m. 5. Discussion of Recreation opportunities
The PRAB will hear an update on how recreational opportunities with other
agencies might proceed.
7:30 p.m. 6. Recreational Immunity Update
Update from Steve Martin and Scott Winkels on this issue at the state level.
7:45 p.m. 7. Parks and Recreation Updates
Updates from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight and Steve Martin
8:00 P.M. 8. Developments and Park SDCs
The PRAB will get an update on developments in Tigard, and Park SDCs.
8:10 P.M. 9. Parks and Rec Budget and Parks CIP Budget
The PRAB will be briefed on the Parks and Rec and CIP budget preparation.
8:25 p.m. 10. PRAB Liaison Reports

8:40 p.m. 12. Executive Session
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
