To Whom It May Concerns
This letter is in response to a courtesy inspection I
performed for PGE Company on September 16, 1992 at the
referenced address. I walked through the building with
Don Slaybough, representing PGE, the owner of the
building, and two other employees of PGE. I found no
major problems in the building with regards to exiting,
aroess, or fire/life safety concerns.
The main concern was with possible alterations to the i
second floor mezzanine area, where non-structural
partition walls appeared to have been added. No '#
stairways have been blockernor exiting to them hampered
by any intermediate construction. One door was noted as
exceeding allowable swing into the required corridor
space.
PGE will apply for permits in the near future if the '
building is purchased and all deficiencies will be
corrected.
