A problem has come to my attrin ' on with regard to your recently
poured concrete footing.
It seems there was some confusion during the development of the
sub—division, and a storm sewer line was installed approximately
8. 5 feet to the right of (lot 130' s left side property line.
According to the final approved plat there is a 7. 5 foot Motility
easement down the left side property line.
The footing for the garage at this time is too close to the storm
sewer. Chapter 70. Sec. 7009 (b) of the State Building Code
requires a 2 to 1 slope for all cuts.
The garage footing is approximately 2 feet off the storm line,
and approximately 2 feet above the base of the pipe. A five 49)xR®a
(5) foot setback for the pipe should be maintained, so as to not
endanger the footing of any roof overhang in the event of any
exca,�ation.
Either move the storm sawe.^ 3 feet to the left or the footing
3 feet to the right.
