The plans for this project were reviewed for conformity with applicable codes.
Please submit the following items for completion of the plan review process at

{ 1. Th..s building was ccnstructed as a 3-1 hour building. Sheet A-1 indicates

2. Counter tops and sinks shall be mounted at. a maximum height of 34 inches
Labove the floor (Section 3108(d)3) . Submit plans for all cabinets.
3. The occupant load of the space exceeds 100. The corridors therefore must
be rated. Section 1005.7 exception 8 of the 1994 UHC allows un-rated
corridors in spaces with a maximum occupant load of 100, in a sprinklared
building. Tigard will allow this exception for your space provided smoke
detection and alarms are provided per the fire code.
All fire-rated doors to have smoke gaskets.

5. Door 346 to be a one-hour fire-rated assembly (Section 3309(c) ) .
6. Please note that ;reads at door 301 are quick response per modification.
7� Provide exit sign at door 346 instead of door 320B.
Please make these corrections on the appropriate pages of the drawings and
resubmit three copies of each page to the City of Tigard for review.
This plan review does not include electrical or plumbing plan reviews. I
Electrical concerns can be duetted to Washington County at 640-3470 and plumbing I
concerns to Mike Sheehan at the City of Tigard at 639-4171, extension 312.
