'rhe mans for this project were revyewed for conformity with
applicable codes. Please submit the following items for completion
of the plan review process at your earliest convenience:
1 . What is the volume of cut and the volume of fill in cubic
yards?
2 . Provide a soils report for review.
3 . Specify permanent erosion: control for all slopes steeper
than 3 :1 .

4 . The owner needs to be aware of the requirement for
professional inspection, of grading with final reports
submitted to the City of Tigard' s Building Division
pursuant to Sections 7014 and '1015 .
5 . A pre-construction meeting will be required to discuss
the following applicoole items, as well as any other
,areas of concern or interest :
a. erosion control measures
b, grading requirements
C. special insp,-ctions
At your earliest convenience, please complete the
attached form and return to the Building Division .
6 . There are two sets of finished contour lines at the south
side of the property. One set shows an approximately 2 : 1
slope down. to the south, the other shows a gentle slope
down to the west . We understand that the later is
proposed, as to be flush with the parking area finished
contours at. the adjoining Hotel property. Please remove
the extra lin^^ -cawing the slope,

obstruct grading operations. Would an alternate erosion E
control design be preferred?
A . Provide a bond pursuant to Section 7008 for the erosion
control portion of the project .
13 . Provide additional contour details (existing and nPw) at
the perimeter of the project on the east and south sides
only.
Please ;sake these corrections on the appropriate pages of the
drawings and resubmit 3 copies of each page to the City of Tigard
for review.
