Dear. Mr. Gross,
On April 26, 1990, a permit was issued to you for the removal of a residence
and several accessary structures on the above referenced property. They
structures were subsequently demolished and the debris left in several piles.
As of this date, the debris still remains on the site. You :uay be unaware; that
a requirement of a demolition perm.t, is all the debris be removed to a proper
disposal site promptly after demolition.
Additionally, the septic tanks for the buildings must be pumped out and filled
in, or if the buildings are connected to the public sewer, the service lines
shall be capped off in an approved manner. Both situations require that the
City is called to inspected the completion of the Lask before covering they
work.
Your prompt. attention to removing the debris and abandoning the sewerage
systems will be appreciated. If you have any questions, please call me at
639-4171.
