crawls to discharge on adjacent grade...we allowed this', .ause the
buildings have foundation drairns which would collect any water that
migrated back toward the stnx:ture and then cant'it out into the
storm system. apparandy this message didn't get forwarded along
anyway, over-all on the issue of the crawls.. Tony has informed me
that ttley are putting them In for everything. so we don't need to do
any temp c of os if everything else is ok(incl ping/eng)we can do
regular c of os
