Box 19524 ' Portland OR 97219 Dear Mr. MorissetLe: It has come to the attention of thio r1epartment that there exists a problem with the rain drains of the following homes you constructed: 11770 SW Sweridon Loop 11774 SW Swendon Loop It appears that the outlet pipe has been run to the rear of the building across the property line onto adjoining private property. It is not permissible to di.schrage storm water- in a concentrated manner onto adjoining property. If tie lines cannot be sloped towards and connected to street drains, they must discharge into a drain ditch constructed as follows : 1. A 2' wide and 2' deep and 40' long ditch is excavated 2. 6" of drain rock is placed in the bottom of ditch :3. A perforated drain tiie is laid full length of the ditch and connected to tt,q ruin drain outlet 4. Tile is covered with 6" of drain rock 5. Drain rock is covered with building paper 6. Trench is backfilled r .th earth. Notify building department prior to tackfilling for approval . Your immediate attention to this matter will be appreciated.
