wat^r system clrsign for the Summerfield develnpmunt.

being installed at each dwelling as prescribed. This is
the responsibility of the developer and not the home owner.
rhe dividing line where pressure-reducing valves are
required is Summerfield Drive and the easterly extension
thereof. Pressure-reducing valves are required for all
hoinesites located south of this line where pressures vary
between 105 and 115 psi. Thus, pressure-reducing valves
are necessary for all homes on Brentwood Place and Court,
Oakhill Lane, Summerfield Lane (South) , tht southerly por-
tions of Alderbrook Drive and Circle, and the new Alderbrook
Apartment Complex.
