Gentlemen:
In accordance with my letter to you of December 9, 1981, Lot 13
of Pick's Landing I. subdivision has been trenched and backfilled with
gravel a'.ong the building footing lines.
I was present for the entire opecat-lon and am satisfied that the
excavations were all carried down to undisturbed firm soil, and that
the gravel backfill was adequately compacted.
In my opinion the site is now ready for forms and concrete, and
will make a suitable foundation support for the house.
