The answer is yes, as long as the new lot has the minimum area required and can physically contain the system (i.e, pass a percolation test) and comply with the regulations administered by Washington County for installing a eept.ic system. This is also assuming that a public sewer i_a not located within 300 feet of the property at the time application is made for, a permit. Presently the nearest public sewer is 1000 feet from the property. Any partition of the property must be in conformance with the City lend use regulations.
