This Applicant agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations Sewer Inspeetian _
of the Unified Sewage Agency. The permit expires 129 days has
the date issued. The total amount paid will be forfeited if the _
permit expires. The Agency does not guarantee the accuracy of the
side sewer laterals. It the sewer is not located at the measurement --
given, the installer shall prospect 3 feet in all directions from
the distance given. If not so located, the installer shall purchase
a "Tap and Side Sewer" Prrmit and the A will install a lata-al.

Rei Three Mountains Subdivision
Dear Contractor,
You may be unaware of a problem that existu t4lth the Three Mountains
subdiviRton that at present prohibits the Building Division from giving any
final approval or occupancy permit for your project.
The problem arises from the sanitary sewer slain that was improperly installed
on the project, leaving the project without an approved sewer system,that is
incapable of handling effluent.
The devGIoper of the subdivision has been aware of the problem for several
months now, and has yet to correct the situation.
I feel it only proper that you be notified so you can make any necessary
arrangements, Phould you be nearing completion of your project.
Should you have any questions regm Aing this matter, I would direct them to
the developer, Heritage Development Corporation (639-3339).
