Subject: Hiller's Emblem Shop
On February 27, 1996, at 2:00 p.m., I was able to meet Tom Hiller at 12537 SW
Main, Tigard, for a walk through of his tenant space. The following was noted:
1. The older wiring for lighting and plugs appears to have met the electrical
code at the time it was installed.
2. A large amount of 'wilding is covered by plasJc sheeting preventing visual
inspection.
3. The equipment's electrical installation does not meet the NEC or the State
of Oregon Electrical Sr )cialty Code.
a. PVC 200 water pipe does not meet code.
b. Equipment installation requires grounding per article 250, NEC.

C. All installations to be per the manufacturer's instructions (written).
i 4. The service panel has not been inspected.
5. the non-lighting electrical iristallations are in generally poor maintenance.
