Cor.re.7tion recommended: 1) the shower pan be removed and all damaged floor b(-- replaced to prevent future dtv rot. 2,�that the shower pan be re-installed properly and proper connection made to soil line, and all required sealing and waterproofing be placed to effect a water tight seal of ceramic tile and shower pan. Since this error in installation apparently oc-L ed when the shower was installed during the construction of he dwelling, we would appreciate your ina,nediate attention t. this matter.
