I am the General Partner of the summerfield Apartments in Tigard
which were built in three phases from 1975 through 1979. We
purchased the apartments in 1984, and when we refinanced the
property in 1985 we ran into a si t.uation where t Y c ► ej ` f' =te of
occupancy for phase it and III were nowhere to be found. We were

the City of ligand finds no violation for this site. This is to
say that the City of Tigard Planning, Building and Engineering
Departments have each reviewed this fil-- and find no indication of
a zoning violation at this location.
Therefore, while there may be a violation on this site, it is
neither evident to the City nor is it of immediate concern. The
City -.herefore has no interest in delaying any potential
