The PROJECT was visited May 15 , during progress o{ preliminary
site preparation. Property frontage on Hill Street, 130 feet,
is essentially level (f� Elev. 159. 5 ). Ground downslopes to the
rear P/L tc low land swamp area, where Flood Plain ;,dZ been
established to be 146.5 feet. Bench excavation already per-
formed to elevation 1451 feet, exposeJ a drainage channel , tra-
versing the plot and flowing to lower terrain to the north.
Source is water seepage, from high ground water, common to the
area, creating a saturated s,iil condition requiring correction.
Architectural PLAN denotes lower floor of the proposed RESIDENCE
at elevation 150.5 feet. In accommodation of this designation,
FILL placement is recommended. This is outlined to entail :

Dear Sir,
In checking our records, we find that fees for the system development charges
for building permits 1890840 and 1890759 were calculated incorrectly. DuplexeE
are charged as single family dwellings (see attached fee schedule) and should
have been paid as follows:
SDC Storm $250/unit X 4 unite = $1,000
SDC Street $600/unit X 4 unite = $2,400
PDC Parke $250/unit X 4 unf.ts = $1,000
The amount due for building permit 1890840 should have been $2,582.05, not
$1,652.05• and the amount due for permit 1890759 should have been $2,815.70,
not $1,885.70.. This leaves a total balance due of $1,860.00. Please take care
of this as soon as possible, as not to cause any more delay in your project.
