The PROJECT was visited May 15 , during progress of preliminary
site preparation. Property frontage on Hill Street, 130 feet,
is essentially level ((�'J Elev. 159.5 ). Gro1_rnd downslopes to the
rear P/L to low land swarnp area, where Flood Plain has been
established to be 146.5 feet. Bench excavation already per-
formed to elevation 1451 feet, exposed a drainage channel , tra-
versing the plot and flowirq to lower terrain to the north.
Source is water seepage, fr,;gin high ground water, common to the
area, creating a saturates s.)il condition requiring correction.
Architectural PLAN denotes lower floor of the proposed RESIDENCE
at elevation 150. 5 feet. In acccmmod3tion of this designation,
FILL placement is recommended. This is outlined to entail :

for building permits #890840 and #890759 were calculated incorrectly. Duplexes
are charged as single family dwellings (see attached fee schedule) and shoal,J
havi: been paid as follows:
SDC Storm $250/unit X 4 units = $1,000
SDC Street $600/unit X 4 unite = $2,. 400
1DC Parke $250/unit X 4 units = $1,000
The amount due for building permit #390840 should have been $2,582.05, not
$1.,652.05; and the amount due for permit #890759 should have been $2,815.70,
not $1,885.70. This leaves a total balance due of $1,860.00. Please take care
of this as soon as possible, as not to cause any more delay in your, project.
