Dear Joan,
I have searched our microfiche files, archived files, and current files for the above
address and the following is a synopsis of permit activity for this site.
It appears that the original building was constructed prior to the City of Tigard having
jurisdiction (previously Washington County, Oregon).
Regarding building permits that require certificates of occupancy, we have three permits
between 1975 and 1982 for tenant improvements that were not issued certificates of
occupancy (mezzanine and two for office addition/remodels). There are two tenant
improvement permits (remodel and addition of mezzanine) dated 1985 and 1986 that
were issued certificates of occupancy. A permit for a tilt wall addition in 1989 was
issued, but there is no certificate of occupancy on file and the available records are
sparse. It wens case finaled, although there are no entries for initial inspections.
There are two permits still outstanding with no inspections for re-roofing in 1999. There
are no inspections of record for these permits.
